Requirements

Responsibilities

- Establish relationships across Walmart functional areas to identify best practices, solicit data/input, coordinate interdisciplinary initiatives, and rally support for data-driven recommendations
- Secure alignment and support from relevant business partners and management for data-centric projects, leading discussions to drive necessary change
- Utilize all available data resources effectively to ensure successful project outcomes
- Communicate data insights clearly and persuasively through emails, verbal discussions, and presentations, tailoring communication methods to the audience for maximum impact
- Collaborate with multiple supply chain business teams to proactively identify, assess, and leverage cost-saving and service improvement opportunities through advanced analytics
