Requirements

  • Current BSIS Armed Guard Card or eligible to qualify
  • Well maintained firearm (must be the same caliber listed on the permit) - Glock 17 or 19 preferred
  • Exceptional observational skills and attention to detail
  • High integrity and professionalism
  • Highly dependable

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between Surefox and its clients
  • Provide professional security guarding services
  • Protect client personnel and property
  • Deter crime and respond to emergencies
  • Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot
  • Monitor access points and watch for unusual activity
  • Contact the police or fire department in emergency situations
  • Track and report on program performance and compliance requirements
  • Handle client requests in a timely manner
  • Initiate preliminary investigations and write incident reports
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for clients and their guests
  • Enforce regulations, directives, and policies
  • Provide the highest level of customer service and information to clients' employees, customers, guests, and vendors
  • Develop relationships with clients and facilitate collaboration
  • Travel up to 15-30 miles as needed
