Responsibilities

  • Draft talent visa petitions, applications, and supporting documentation for foreign national clients such as O-1A, O-1B, EB-1, and EB-2 NIW
  • Work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to provide product feedback
  • Work closely with supervising attorney and legal teams to develop, improve, and implement new case workflows, protocols, and client resources
