Responsibilities

Empower clients to manage their IDHS cases through IDHS Receive
IDHS mail, scan and follow up with clients
Provide information and referrals to internal and external resources
Collaborate with caseworkers to complete IDHS and WIC applications
Organize and participate in WIC and IFRP outreach to ensure the program is known throughout the community
Advocate for other clients' needs
Enter case notes into our database systems
Other related tasks, as assigned
