Requirements

2 years prior work experience as a warehouse worker or operations technician

Responsibilities

Support operational teams and ICQA Leader in defect resolution focused on inventory in stored locations
Audit and resolve defects within assigned Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Research and document root cause of defects for follow-up and improvement of inventory accuracy
Work safely and promote a safe workplace while responding to defects in warehouse locations, often using powered equipment
Perform weekly audits and collaborate/communicate findings and resolution steps with ICQA Leader and other operational leaders
Utilize lean approaches, six sigma tools, and 5S techniques to drive cleanliness and document defects for root cause analysis
Use problem-solving skills to correct inventory record inaccuracies in the warehouse
Conduct follow-up audits to aid proper research
Address inaccuracies impeding operational teams from picking product to prevent downstream order cancellations
Manage multiple priorities and processes while providing service above and beyond basics
Anticipate leaders’ needs and proactively solve problems before they arise, upholding Target’s values with poise, professionalism, and leadership
