Requirements

Candidates must possess at least one year of experience with HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, and/or Service Hubs, coupled with a strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation best practices. Experience in data migration, mapping, and list segmentation is essential, as are excellent content creation and campaign management skills. Exceptional communication and organizational abilities are required, with demonstrated HubSpot user experience and certifications being preferred.

Responsibilities

The HubSpot Specialist will lead client onboarding and implementation by setting up and customizing HubSpot portals and migrating data. Responsibilities include streamlining sales and marketing workflows using HubSpot's automation tools, creating and managing marketing content such as landing pages and email campaigns, and analyzing and segmenting lists based on engagement for targeted lead nurturing. The role also involves configuring sales pipelines, collaborating with Customer Success Managers, conducting optimization tests, and measuring performance to improve conversion rates.
