Requirements

  • Certified MVR operator
  • Previous experience in automotive parts (preferred)

  • Physical demands: predominantly walking/standing; talk/hear/use hands/fingers; reach with hands/arms; climb/balance; stoop/kneel/crouch/crawl; lift/move up to 50 lbs frequently, up to 100 lbs occasionally; specific vision abilities (close/distance/color/depth perception/adjust focus)
  • Ability to work indoors/outdoors, exposed to weather, moving mechanical parts, high places, chemicals, electrical shock, explosives, vibration; moderate noise level

Responsibilities

  • Obtain and maintain MVR certification, ensuring compliance with company driving and safety policies
  • Safely deliver parts and products to designated locations on assigned HUB routes
  • Pick and stage parts for Store to Store (S2S) orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage Store to Store transfers, including picking up and dropping off items
  • Process HUB paperwork daily, maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Adhere to all vehicle safety protocols, including completing daily checklists
  • Maintain store cleanliness (floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot)
  • Perform general stocking activities, including inventory replenishment from trucks and managing backstock
  • Follow vehicle maintenance guidelines to ensure optimal condition
  • Verify accuracy on invoiced parts and processed orders, minimizing errors
