Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Certified MVR operator
Previous experience in automotive parts (preferred)
Strong ability to prioritize integrity, safety, and efficiency
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
Proficient driving and navigation skills for safe, timely, and accurate deliveries
Ability to follow predetermined routes and schedules
Competence in locating and stocking parts
Comprehensive safety knowledge and skills
Experience operating inventory systems and store equipment (preferred)
Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus); effective communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals
Proficiency in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division using whole numbers, fractions, decimals)
Physical demands: predominantly walking/standing; talk/hear/use hands/fingers; reach with hands/arms; climb/balance; stoop/kneel/crouch/crawl; lift/move up to 50 lbs frequently, up to 100 lbs occasionally; specific vision abilities (close/distance/color/depth perception/adjust focus)

Responsibilities

Obtain and maintain MVR certification, ensuring compliance with company driving and safety policies
Safely deliver parts and products to designated locations on assigned HUB routes
Pick and stage parts for Store to Store (S2S) orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Manage Store to Store transfers, including picking up and dropping off items
Process HUB paperwork daily, maintaining accurate records and documentation
Adhere to all vehicle safety protocols, including completing daily checklists
Maintain store cleanliness (floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot)
Perform general stocking activities, including inventory replenishment from trucks and managing backstock
Follow vehicle maintenance guidelines to ensure optimal condition
Verify accuracy on invoiced parts and processed orders, minimizing errors
