Responsibilities

Analyze current skills across engineering teams and map against future needs by partnering with HRBP and tech leadership
Finalize the Technology Competency Matrix
Design clear, actionable Career Pathways for tech and product teams
Research and develop a plan to leverage AI tools for disseminating career path information and updating the skills matrix
Audit "Career Planning" conversations from recent Performance Management Process (PMP) cycles and identify upskilling opportunities for managers and team members
Create methodology, communication plan, and tools to support managers in career coaching and development discussions
Assist with preparation of employment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documentation
Support employee data changes and ensure data integrity in HRIS (Workday)
Generate ad-hoc reports and analyze people data to support HRBP initiatives
Provide generalist support to the People & Culture team as needed
