Responsibilities

  • Analyze current skills across engineering teams and map against future needs by partnering with HRBP and tech leadership
  • Finalize the Technology Competency Matrix
  • Design clear, actionable Career Pathways for tech and product teams
  • Research and develop a plan to leverage AI tools for disseminating career path information and updating the skills matrix
  • Audit "Career Planning" conversations from recent Performance Management Process (PMP) cycles and identify upskilling opportunities for managers and team members
  • Create methodology, communication plan, and tools to support managers in career coaching and development discussions
  • Assist with preparation of employment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documentation
  • Support employee data changes and ensure data integrity in HRIS (Workday)
  • Generate ad-hoc reports and analyze people data to support HRBP initiatives
  • Provide generalist support to the People & Culture team as needed
