Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Human Resources or related field or equivalent relevant experience
  • Fluency in German and English (essential); fluency in French and/or Spanish highly preferred; additional languages such as Dutch or Polish a plus
  • 1-2 years HR Administration and/or customer service experience (preferred)
  • Strong relationship management and customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for Managers and employees regarding HR policies, HR life cycle processes, and Workday system questions
  • Answer and handle inbound calls and cases from internal customers on HR-related issues, and redirect questions to appropriate HR resources (e.g., Payroll, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits)
  • Provide accurate, consistent, and timely responses via telephone, Teams, and HR case management system
  • Direct employees and managers to appropriate online support materials, reports, tools, systems, and/or vendors
  • Escalate/elevate complex cases to specialists (e.g., Payroll Specialists, Benefits Administrator, Recruiter, Compensation analyst, HR Business Partner) when additional research or interpretation is required
  • Manage workload efficiency to fulfill commitments in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs)
