Requirements

  • HR Compliance professional with good experience in statutory compliance, labour law management, audits, vendor coordination, and policy governance across multi-location offices and factories
  • Approximately 10–12 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Skills: Labour Law Compliance, Statutory Returns, Audits & Inspections, Vendor Management, POSH Compliance, Apprentice Engagement, Policy Implementation, Compliance Reporting

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely compliance with PF, ESIC, CLRA, Professional Tax, Trade License, and Shops & Establishment Act; manage registrations, amendments, and returns
  • Handle external inspections (ISO, labour authorities) and coordinate internal audits with Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams; maintain documentation and ensure timely closure
  • Manage compliance vendors, invoices, and contract renewals; support client compliance submissions (e.g., Tata Steel, Reliance portals), meeting deadlines and site-specific requirements
  • Act as POSH facilitator: reframe Internal Committee, issue appointment letters, organize quarterly trainings/workshops across India; promote safe and inclusive workplace culture
  • Partner with Legal and Leadership teams to update HR policies in line with evolving labour laws; ensure alignment across offices and factories
  • Prepare monthly dashboards, statutory returns, and HR compliance tool updates; collaborate with stakeholders, coordinate with statutory bodies for filings, clarifications, notices; ensure accurate reporting and timely filings
