Requirements

Prior banquet experience and knowledge of banquets preferred
Prior serving experience required
2 years of previous work history/education required
Colorado approved Alcohol Server Training certificate or must attend within 30 days of employment
Current Food Handler and Allergy training certificate, or must attend within 14 days of employment
Good communication skills and public relations
Communicate clearly in English (verbal, non-verbal, and written)
Interact and maintain positive relationships with guests, co-workers, and management consistent with Service Excellence standards
High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

Prepare Banquet rooms per the Banquet event order, stock and set up for service
Perform shift opening tasks (e.g., setting tables, opening doors, set up service station)
Serve tables and maintain buffets by restocking as needed
Assist in daily operations of serving, cleaning, bussing as a team player
Adhere to State Liquor Regulations, be TIPS certified, and determine when customers should not be served alcohol
Alert manager to any inventory shortages of liquor, food, and supplies
Bus tables and reset throughout shift as necessary
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Other duties as assigned
