As a Hospital Business Manager, you will build and lead a high-integrity team dedicated to improving patient outcomes in Taiwan, working with cross-functional teams to deliver successful product launches, grow customer value metric scores, meet district sales targets, and responsibly engage employees through talent selection and development. You will also cultivate a “winning culture,” coach sales representatives to achieve business results, analyze and prioritize opportunities, develop a district business plan, and ensure compliance with Lilly policies and procedures.
