As a Hospital Business Manager at Lilly, you will build, develop and lead a high integrity and high-performance team, dedicated towards our values and committed to make life better for patients in Taiwan. You will be expected to effectively work with cross-functional teams, leaders, to deliver a successful product launch demonstrating result in the following areas: Capable of growing customer value metric scores, meeting district sales targets, responsibly and effectively engaging employees through the selection and development of talent, effective business ownership, and knowledgeable implementation of brand strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership:
    • Cultivate a “winning culture” focused on customer value, accountability, and inspiring team performance.
    • Develop a vision and strategy aligned with affiliate objectives.
    • Inspire commitment to district and/or area goals.
    • Set high expectations for customer value creation and monitor performance.
    • Understand the team’s health and facilitate positive interactions.
    • Partner with sales representatives to explore career goals and develop talent.
  • Coach to Achieve Business Results:
    • Coach to create customer value and deliver excellent business results.
    • Coach to defined sales representative competencies using the Lilly Coaching Model.
