Requirements

Active Physical Therapist license in Oregon, or the ability to obtain
Master or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPT accredited school (or evaluation by a credentialing agency like FCCPT if from a non-CAPT accredited school)
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
Home health experience strongly preferred
Fluent in English
Current BLS, hands-on CPR certification
Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance

Responsibilities

Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to relieve pain and improve mobility, strength, and coordination
