Responsibilities

Driving to communities managed on a regular basis and making notations of non-compliant homeowners
Directly inspecting homes for compliance by driving through neighborhoods
Helping frustrated homeowners by de-escalating and resolving conflicts
Improving service by recommending improved processes and identifying new product and service applications
Working with homeowners regarding various issues involving compliance, improvement requests, and resolution of those issues and requests
Responding to customer inquiries by understanding the inquiry, reviewing previous similar inquiries and responses, researching information, assembling the information, forwarding it to the customer, and verifying understanding
Handling administrative responsibilities (high volume)
Continually increasing job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading and understanding governing documents of each homeowner’s association
Walking some areas of the property if required
