Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree
  • Board certification in a medical specialty (preferably occupational medicine; emergency medicine, internal medicine, or family medicine also acceptable)
  • Valid state medical license for Missouri
  • 5+ years of medical and supervisory experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment
  • Ability to communicate, motivate, and inspire direct reports and others
  • Ability to champion and lead change within work groups and departments
  • Demonstrates innovative and strategic thinking
