Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree
- Board certification in a medical specialty (preferably occupational medicine; emergency medicine, internal medicine, or family medicine also acceptable)
- Valid state medical license for Missouri
- 5+ years of medical and supervisory experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment
- Ability to communicate, motivate, and inspire direct reports and others
- Ability to champion and lead change within work groups and departments
- Demonstrates innovative and strategic thinking
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
