Responsibilities

Provide basic healthcare services to Plexus employees, suppliers, visitors, and anyone entering the facility, including first aid for incidents and general illness
Support the implementation and follow-up of health and safety programs, including assessing health risks, and preventing and treating resultant illness or injury
Document all employee injury and illness, keep information confidential, maintain documentation in order, and support compliance with regulatory requirements
Provide excellent service to employees to meet their health requirements
Promote good health among employees by assessing them at regular intervals and keeping health records for every employee
Support medical examinations for new employees and medical surveillance for occupationally exposed workers
Execute regular audits for food preparation areas to guarantee hygiene conditions and prevent food-related illness
Meet requirements for maintenance of site certifications (ISO 14001, OEA/C-T-PAT)
