Responsibilities
- Process Workers’ Compensation and Salary Continuance claims
- Establish case management strategies in conjunction with relevant parties
- Mentor and coach junior team members
- Prepare data on safety performance and identify trends & opportunities for improvement
- Provide advice and services to line management in the application of Health and Safety (H&S) practices
- Provide specialised advice in a technical area of H&S, ensuring the well-being of all employees
