Responsibilities

  • Process Workers’ Compensation and Salary Continuance claims
  • Establish case management strategies in conjunction with relevant parties
  • Mentor and coach junior team members
  • Prepare data on safety performance and identify trends & opportunities for improvement
  • Provide advice and services to line management in the application of Health and Safety (H&S) practices
  • Provide specialised advice in a technical area of H&S, ensuring the well-being of all employees
