Responsibilities

Devise and gain senior management approval for a sales plan, including targets and KPIs, to drive growth in DACH and Eastern Europe, positioning ClearBank Europe as a long-term partner
Implement the approved sales plan to achieve short, medium, and long-term revenue growth and other KPIs
Lead sales campaigns, own the end-to-end sales cycle, marshal internal resources, drive consensus for change, and negotiate client contracts to maximize revenues
Embed and manage world-class processes (e.g., forecasting, pipeline management, territory management, account planning) to support growth in DACH and Eastern Europe
Develop senior-level contacts with major clients, potential clients, and partners to drive market traction
Develop and manage the partner ecosystem to enhance sales effectiveness in the region
Recommend pricing and sales strategies to the leadership team to maximize long-term value
Contribute to the overall leadership of ClearBank Europe, collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage existing clients and provide market feedback for new products/services
After initial success, build, develop, coach, and lead a top-class sales team, providing strong leadership and fostering a high-performing team culture
Develop and execute the DACH and Eastern Europe sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and KPIs
Originate sustainable new business opportunities and client prospects, achieving new client wins and revenue growth
