Responsibilities

  • Devise and gain senior management approval for a sales plan, including targets and KPIs, to drive growth in DACH and Eastern Europe, positioning ClearBank Europe as a long-term partner
  • Implement the approved sales plan to achieve short, medium, and long-term revenue growth and other KPIs
  • Lead sales campaigns, own the end-to-end sales cycle, marshal internal resources, drive consensus for change, and negotiate client contracts to maximize revenues
  • Embed and manage world-class processes (e.g., forecasting, pipeline management, territory management, account planning) to support growth in DACH and Eastern Europe
  • Develop senior-level contacts with major clients, potential clients, and partners to drive market traction
  • Develop and manage the partner ecosystem to enhance sales effectiveness in the region
  • Recommend pricing and sales strategies to the leadership team to maximize long-term value
  • Contribute to the overall leadership of ClearBank Europe, collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage existing clients and provide market feedback for new products/services
  • After initial success, build, develop, coach, and lead a top-class sales team, providing strong leadership and fostering a high-performing team culture
  • Develop and execute the DACH and Eastern Europe sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and KPIs
  • Originate sustainable new business opportunities and client prospects, achieving new client wins and revenue growth
