Internal Audit serves as Monzo’s Third Line of Defence, supporting the company's safe growth. The team is seeking a passionate Head of Professional Practices to manage the Internal Audit Collective's operations efficiently during a period of rapid growth. The Professional Practices team will comprise the Head of Professional Practices, an Internal Audit Manager, and a Data Analyst, reporting to the Chief Internal Audit.
