  • Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with key prospects and partners
  • Oversee complex enterprise sales cycles, including RFPs, negotiations, and contract closures
  • Drive adoption of AI-enabled and data-driven solutions, articulating their impact to new clients
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and client success teams to tailor solutions to client needs
  • Champion a collaborative environment across the business functions and region, and lead by example
  • Build, develop, and retain a world-class team of regional sales specialists, with a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence
  • Embed and sustain an inclusive culture of high-performance, enabling everyone to be the very best versions of themselves
  • Use strong communication and influence skills to build effective stakeholder relationships to maximise business outcomes
