Requirements
- 15+ years in a corporate facilities and real estate senior management role, with a global footprint
- Strong financial management skills for budget development and execution
- Excellent negotiation skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term real estate strategies that align with overall business objectives and growth plans
- Oversee the entire global portfolio, including offices and other facilities, to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
- In partnership with the Procurement Team, negotiate leases and manage relationships with landlords and external partners
- Develop and manage real estate budgets, forecasts, and capital planning, including tracking occupancy expenses and ensuring projects are within budget
- Manage all aspects of property transactions, such as acquisitions, leasing, lease renewals, and negotiations for new and existing properties
- Report monthly performance metrics and strategic updates to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with enterprise and budget goals
- Oversee property development projects, construction, and fit-outs, ensuring they meet business needs and timelines
- Lead and mentor the global real estate and facilities teams, fostering a collaborative culture, and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners like brokers and vendors
- Ensure all real estate activities comply with local, national, and international regulations, laws, and company policies
- Collaborate on designing and implementing modern workplace strategies that support employee experience and business needs, especially with hybrid work models
- Manage security operations at sites, including contracts with guard services, transportation (in countries that require it), cleaning, and food services
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations
