Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax
  • Manage relationship with outsourced accounting to ensure accurate close procedures and regulatory compliance
  • Lead audit readiness initiatives, ensuring financial records, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and reporting adhere to US GAAP
  • Build and maintain strong internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance practices
  • Maintain and enhance financial systems, focusing on automating AR and order-to-cash processes
  • Oversee treasury management, including cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and banking relationships
  • Develop and refine financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning
  • Own monthly and quarterly reporting, budget vs. actuals, and key SaaS metrics analysis
  • Establish frameworks for reporting on ARR, MRR, and other key SaaS metrics
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with go-to-market, product, and operations teams to align financial insights with business goals
  • Prepare board decks, investor updates, and internal memos with clear financial narratives
  • Define and scale finance teams and systems for growth
