HCM Analyst - HRIS Implementation
Position Overview
Remote is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and analytical HCM Analyst to join our new HCM Onboarding Team (HR Services Team). This role is crucial in supporting our HRIS Product, ensuring exceptional implementation experiences and system solutions delivery for our customers. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to map requirements, manage data migrations, configure systems, and create user-friendly documentation.

- Technical Proficiency:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL queries, and data analysis.
- Proven ability to create clear, user-friendly guides, training materials, and system documentation tailored to non-technical audiences.
- Experience managing or supporting system implementations, integrations, and configurations for enterprise clients in an analyst function.
- Experience designing and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including developing test scripts, guiding users, capturing feedback, and ensuring issue resolution.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Deep knowledge of Global HR and Payroll processes, HCM platforms, and data migration best practices.
- Communication:
- Writes and speaks fluent English.
- Preferred:
- Experience working remotely is considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation Partnership: Partner with Onboarding Consultants and GP Payroll teams from discovery to final sign-off for all HRIS implementations.
- Data Management: Perform data migration, cleansing, and validation activities, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Requirements Translation: Translate customer needs into clear technical requirements, mapping current processes to ensure system requirements are built within the platform, aligned with project plans and internal teams.
- Integration Support: Support integration projects for customers in collaboration with internal Product and Engineering teams.
- System Configuration: Work closely with customers to set up the HRIS system according to their requirements, collaborating with their internal teams (IT, HR, Data, Payroll, Finance, etc.).
- Documentation & Training: Create customized client documentation, training materials, and user guides to support client team adoption and usage.
- UAT Management: Create UAT Plans and test scripts based on customer system builds and processes.
- Handover & Support: Ensure a first-class handover to all Business As Usual (BAU) teams upon implementation completion and support hypercare periods as required.
- Timeline Adherence: Ensure all data and analysis deliverables are met within agreed timelines throughout the implementation process with 100% accuracy.
