Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain our marketing website, ensuring a seamless and compelling user experience across all devices
Collaborate with Product Design to ensure visual and functional consistency with our product interface and brand guidelines
Support cross-functional teams with brand design assets as needed, contributing your skills to campaigns, events, and digital content
Develop and own the website A/B testing roadmap; run regular experiments to improve user journeys, engagement, and conversion rates
Analyse test results and use data-driven insights to iterate and enhance web pages
Champion CRO best practices, fostering a culture of experimentation and learning within the marketing team
Partner with Growth and Performance Marketing to design landing pages and website flows that drive acquisition and revenue growth
Track and report on key website metrics (traffic, conversion rates, engagement) and proactively recommend improvements
Support the Brand team with design work where applicable, ensuring all outputs align with our visual identity and tone
Work closely with the Product Design team to align on design systems, patterns, and best practices
