  • Proficiency in the analysis of data and strong MS Office skills

  • Ability to work under pressure within prescribed deadlines

  • University degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics or similar discipline
  • Studying towards an actuarial qualification

Responsibilities

  • Calculation of the Solvency II Technical Provisions and Non-Life Underwriting Risk SCR
  • Involvement in the peer review of the reserving work performed by the Reserving team
  • Quarterly reporting to relevant committees and Group Internal audit activities
  • Annual Actuarial Function opinions (Technical Provisions, Underwriting, Reinsurance and ORSA)
  • Providing support to Risk and Group Finance on the ORSA and key EBS and SCR deliverables
  • Maintenance of documentation of key processes, procedures and results
  • Support the team in its work for ad hoc projects, such as responding to requests from the regulator
