Requirements

  • Pursuing bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field
  • Minimum of 3.0 GPA
  • Must be in junior or senior year level graphic design courses
  • A compelling online portfolio of graphic design work is required
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a drive for continuous learning and skill development
  • Knowledgeable of current print, web/digital and video design trends
  • Understanding of brand identity
  • Demonstrates a high degree of creativity and ideation through the understanding of design principles including typography, color, images, and composition
  • Strong conceptual thinker
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing digital assets including social media graphics, email templates, web banners, and presentations
  • Support the creation of print materials such as brochures, flyers, and signage
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all visual communications
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve design processes
  • Organize and manage design files and assets
