Participate in a 3-month training program in Amsterdam, covering core business, trading processes, pricing strategies, and proprietary trading systems
Engage in trading simulations and quantitative classes with Senior Traders and Quantitative Researchers
Collaborate with fellow graduate traders on a team project
Gradually take on more responsibilities, monitor markets, and make split-second decisions
Contribute to the overall profitability of the assigned trading desk
