Requirements

Candidates should possess a degree in Business, Engineering, or IT, completed no later than 2023, and a maximum of 2 years of experience. Strong Business English is required, particularly for non-native English speakers, alongside a strong interest and passion for project management. Excellent communication, organization, presentation, and interpersonal skills are necessary, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software is also expected, and PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Graduate Project Manager will create and oversee project plans, manage project tasks and resources according to the project plan and budget, track and report on project performance, status, and milestones, and communicate effectively with project team members, partners, and stakeholders. They will identify and manage project risks and issues, and escalate them when necessary, ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Furthermore, the role involves contributing to the improvement of project management processes and tools, and potentially traveling within the UK.
