Requirements

Fork Lift Truck License
The ability to read, write, comprehend and follow verbal instructions
Ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations
Ability to understand standard works and follow direction
Proficient with computers

Responsibilities

Accurately receive and log all incoming shipments, ensuring that delivery documentation matches the actual goods received
Inspect goods for quality and quantity, reporting discrepancies or damages in the correct manner according to the standard work
Enter received goods into inventory management systems to maintain accurate stock levels
Organize and store goods in designated areas, ensuring easy access and compliance with safety regulations
Ensure consumables stock is always correct to maintain the MIN/MAX ordering system
Work closely with other departments, such as purchasing and logistics, to resolve any issues related to incoming goods and invoice grief
