Candidates must possess a minimum of 4 years of experience and hold an Engineering Degree or MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute. Essential skills include AWS Cloud, Cloud Contact Center transformation, CI/CD pipelines, AWS DevOps, DynamoDB, S3, Lambda, Lex, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, API Gateway, Kinesis, and WAF. Beneficial skills encompass AWS Connect, Amazon Connect, Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Node.js. A strong understanding of the contact center technology landscape, AWS Cloud platform and services with Solution Architect skills, and deep expertise in AWS contact center relevant services are also required. Experience in developing Amazon Connect flows and Lex bots, functional and technical understanding of APIs and related integration, and the ability to understand and address customer challenges are necessary. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual, global environment are also crucial.
The role involves driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. Responsibilities include providing strategic advisory services, conducting market research, and developing data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance. Key tasks involve creating business cases for journey to cloud, cloud strategy, and cloud contact center vendor assessment. Candidates will work on creating Cloud transformation approaches for contact center transformations and collaborate with Solution Architects for architecting cloud contact center technology with the AWS platform. They will enable cloud contact center technology platforms for global clients, specifically on Amazon Connect, and work on innovative assets, proof of concepts, and sales demos for AWS cloud contact center. Additionally, the role requires supporting AWS offering leads in responding to RFIs and RFPs, configuring and managing Amazon Connect instances to enhance customer service operations, and integrating Amazon Connect with other systems.
