Responsibilities

Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs
Thank guests and express appreciation for shopping at Target
Execute daily tasks assigned by leader, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas
If certified, operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures
Execute processes including changing prices, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed
Learn operational procedures affecting inventory management, store profitability, and product availability
Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to solve guest issues
Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards
Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment (picking, packing, delivering orders)
Maintain compliance with laws (e.g., adult beverage laws)
All other duties based on business needs
