Proficiency in designing, developing, implementing, and rolling out advanced data analytics tools using Huntsman supported software packages (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Celonis)
Experience with requirements gathering, solution development, data collection, cleansing, and pipeline building
Capability to work cross-functionally, mentor employees, and communicate with global senior management
Skills in mathematical modeling of business problems, statistical forecasting, and process mining

Responsibilities

Update and support reporting systems (primarily Power BI) for data analytics, plans, schedules, and KPIs
Design, build, configure, test, debug, and maintain reports and dashboards
Acquire deep understanding of business problems and translate them into mathematical depictions
Collect, cleanse, and analyze complex data sources; build data pipelines for modeling and operations
Manage special projects, pilots, proof of concepts, and ad-hoc work
Participate in evaluation, intake, design, and integration strategy for supply chain functions and data sources
Support Celonis’ Process Mining models for process visualization, bottleneck identification, and efficiency improvements
Collaborate with business departments and cross-functional teams for process alignment, data analysis, reporting, and decision support
Identify, design, and deploy data-driven analytics from concept to industrialization
Develop professional presentations and compelling interactive visualizations
Gather data from supply chain and financial systems; analyze trends, patterns, anomalies, inefficiencies, and recommend improvements
Develop dashboards and reports; present insights to stakeholders; automate manual reporting
Work cross-functionally with business and IT teams; support global initiatives like inventory optimization, demand forecasting, and scenario modeling
Monitor compliance with policies and regulations; identify and mitigate supply chain risks
