Responsibilities

  • Manage daily security operations across multiple buildings, ensuring consistent enforcement of protocols and alignment with global standards
  • Coordinate responses to security incidents, investigations, and emergencies, including documentation and follow-up actions
  • Serve as the primary site contact in the absence of the Security Director, ensuring continuity of leadership and decision-making
  • Partner with stakeholders to address employee-related security matters, including investigations and high-risk terminations
  • Monitor compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements to maintain a secure environment
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on security metrics, incidents, and risk assessments to leadership teams
  • Develop and conduct training programs to enhance employee and security staff awareness of safety protocols and emergency procedures
  • Collaborate with IT and facilities teams to maintain and optimize physical security systems such as access control and surveillance
  • Collaborate closely with local law enforcement and emergency medical services
