Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree or former law enforcement/military experience accepted in lieu of degree
  • At least 1 year experience in intelligence, geopolitical, or security-related fields required
  • At least 1 year in a GSOC environment (or law enforcement/military) highly preferred
  • Proficiency in open-source intelligence gathering highly preferred
  • Proven expertise in research and analysis
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team
  • Tactical and strategic intelligence including intimate knowledge of geopolitical and security risk and threat assessment
  • Ability to critically think, decipher policies and procedures, and provide analytical insight into security situations
  • Familiarity with security communication protocols and tools while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information
  • Digital literacy, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks concurrently while maintaining composure in urgent and high-pressure situations
  • Regular computer usage and manual dexterity for occasional lifting

Responsibilities

  • Use open-source intelligence and security tooling to identify potential threats against the company, including terrorism, natural disasters, crime incidents, health-related incidents, and more
  • Assist in intelligence writing, review, and publication
  • Support video surveillance, access control, and external threat monitoring
  • Handle security incidents promptly and accurately
  • Triage and respond to security and technical support questions, emails, tickets, etc
  • Support GSOC staffing initiatives to ensure continuous operation
  • Intake security incidents and refer them to relevant teams or authorities
