Responsibilities

The Global Program Manager - MedTech Quality will be accountable for Service Delivery for Quality Vault implementations, ensuring customer success on Veeva’s applications, establishing program governance, and overseeing strategic oversight for the transformation. This role involves collaborating with various Veeva teams, developing strategic relationships with customer stakeholders, creating implementation proposals, leading services contract negotiations, overseeing project execution, acting as a trusted advisor, and ensuring a smooth transition to post-deployment managed services teams.
