In 2nd year of study (England) or 3rd year of study (Scotland)
Seeking to complete a year in industry in partnership with your university
The role must be suitable for your placement year

Responsibilities

Support various projects to strengthen Culture and Engagement across the organisation
Be pivotal in day-to-day Inclusion & Belonging (I&B) and culture operational activities
Work with teams in the Talent Centre of Excellence and external content partners to develop new Culture & Engagement (C&E) initiatives and projects
Work with Employee Resource Groups to improve Haleon’s I&B processes and implement best practices
Support improving existing communication strategies to keep employees better and regularly informed of C&E updates
Work with stakeholders across the business (e.g., Health and Wellbeing, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Research and Development) to gather feedback and understand how to better support embedding I&B and Culture locally
Maintain and create new I&B and Culture assets to support the business
Bring creative thinking on how to better engage with employees across the organisation
Keep up to date with key C&E developments and industry best practices
Maintain and update the I&B calendar of events, including Health and Wellbeing, ERGs, and Health Inclusivity
