Requirements

  • Título universitario en medicina
  • Estudios de posgrado o maestría
  • 5 años de experiencia en Asuntos Médicos o en la práctica médica, de preferencia en Oncología
  • Buen conocimiento y comprensión de las operaciones de Asuntos Médicos y trabajo en diversas áreas funcionales, incluyendo apoyo de marketing y capacitación del equipo de ventas
  • Buen conocimiento y comprensión de Estudios Médicos, preparación para inspecciones y canales de comunicación
  • Buen dominio del inglés, tanto escrito como oral
  • Buenas habilidades interpersonales, organizativas y de supervisión
  • Disponibilidad para viajar
  • Adaptabilidad, integridad y trabajo en equipo

  • Formación complementaria en epidemiología
  • Conocimiento y/o experiencia en Inteligencia Artificial (IA) aplicada a salud
  • Habilidad para la captura, análisis e implementación de insights médicos y de mercado para la toma de decisiones estratégicas
  • Familiaridad con herramientas digitales y plataformas de análisis de datos (ej. dashboards, big data, machine learning)
  • Capacidad para interpretar evidencia científica y generar contenido médico alineado con estándares internacionales

Responsibilities

  • Miembro del Equipo de Gestión de la afiliada, con participación directa en las reuniones de gobernanza
  • Enfoque técnico relacionado con cada estrategia de producto, asegurando que la función médica esté sólidamente representada por los diferentes equipos divisionales
  • Orientación, desde la perspectiva de Asuntos Médicos, a las estrategias de marketing de los productos de Abbott
  • Desarrollo de estrategias y procesos de comunicación que transformen el lenguaje técnico-científico de los productos farmacéuticos en información de marketing consistente, hacia una práctica segura y con control de riesgos para el uso de productos EPD en el mercado
  • Apoyo a las siguientes áreas: Marketing, Acceso al Mercado, Ventas, Capacitación, Investigación Médica, Generación de Datos, Farmacovigilancia y Asuntos Regulatorios
