Sólida vivência com automação de testes utilizando Selenium, Cucumber, Cypress, Playwright, Robot, Jenkins e linguagens como Java, C#, Ruby e Python
Domínio dos principais tópicos de Quality Engineering (QE): Automação, Performance, TDM e Service Virtualization
Forte experiência em testes de performance, incluindo planejamento, estratégia, execução, análise e elaboração de relatórios
Capacidade de diagnosticar problemas complexos não solucionados por times internos
Construção, manutenção e execução de scripts de performance
Conhecimento sólido nas ferramentas de Teste de Performance: LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, além de ferramentas em nuvem como BlazeMeter ou StormRunner Load
Conhecimento em banco de dados e compreensão de arquitetura de aplicações Web
Vivência com metodologias Ágeis e DevOps
Experiência comprovada em gestão de times multidisciplinares de QE, incluindo capacitação, acompanhamento e direcionamento técnico
Atuação em gestão de projetos e clientes, garantindo qualidade, cronograma e entregas
Participação em elaboração de propostas comerciais, atuando como ponto de contato técnico com clientes (client facing)
Liderança na coordenação de testes de performance, definindo tipos de testes adequados (carga, estresse, volume, endurance, etc.)
Inglês fluente (obrigatório), para comunicação com times globais e clientes internacionais

Responsibilities

Gerenciar times multidisciplinares de Quality Engineering (QE), incluindo capacitação, acompanhamento e direcionamento técnico
Gerenciar projetos e clientes, garantindo qualidade, cronograma e entregas
Participar da elaboração de propostas comerciais, atuando como ponto de contato técnico com clientes
Liderar a coordenação de testes de performance, definindo tipos de testes adequados (carga, estresse, volume, endurance, etc.)
Planejar, executar, analisar e elaborar relatórios de testes de performance
Diagnosticar problemas complexos em testes de performance
Construir, manter e executar scripts de performance utilizando ferramentas como LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, BlazeMeter ou StormRunner Load
