Working experience with GEOINT metadata
GEOINT domain experience
Experience working with dimensionally modeled data
Working knowledge of GitLab or GitHub, HTTP REST APIs, XML, and JSON
Master’s degree, Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years’ experience, Associate’s degree plus 6 years’ experience, or minimum of 8 years’ experience in a relevant field
Strong understanding of existing OGC standards and industry best practices

Responsibilities

Writes GEOINT requirements as standards adopted by U.S. and International organizations
Ensures capability standards for GEOINT data, geospatial data, GEOINT, and APIs satisfy requirements across AGENCY and partners
Creates new ontologies to improve problem solving
Collaborates, tests, and assists others in development and use of geospatial standards
Progresses and maintains official description of enterprise datasets
Supports the capture and management of metadata and information sources from across the enterprise, including data sets, business intelligence reports, visualizations, and conversations
Works with GEOINT standards data modeling languages to support lifecycle management of evolving data standards supporting AGENCY and NSG initiatives and acquisition programs
Applies naming standards and metadata standards, checks models in and out of Model Repository, and documents data model translation decisions
Supports updating and managing MySQL and MS-ACCESS structures (tables, columns) and content
Applies experience in the use of existing OGC standards and industry best practices related to visualization, features, spatiotemporal data, metadata catalogs, and coordinate reference systems
