  • Graduate student completing an MBA degree between December 2026 and June 2027

  • 3+ years work experience post-undergraduate degree, ideally in large, forward-thinking, global organizations
  • Experience in Life Sciences or STEM-related industry required
  • 1+ years experience managing direct reports
  • Distinguished results demonstrating integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity
  • Consultative approach with internal and external partners and ability to cultivate ongoing, meaningful, positive relationships
  • Prior experience setting strategy, leading impactful projects, defining budgets, and direct management/development of people and teams
  • Energized through championing change, driven in getting results, and agility in navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident applying Key Performance Indicators effectively

Responsibilities

  • Matched to impactful projects based on abilities, previous experiences, and current business needs
  • Work on projects developed by the Executive GM Leadership Team with significant strategic and/or operating importance to the assigned business unit
  • Projects may align with functional areas: Operations, Commercial & Sales, Research & Development, Product & Service Management, Customer Channels
  • Complete a 12-week internship providing exposure to end-to-end operations, product/service management, commercial acumen, and balancing business/financial levers
