Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Dentistry
- Licensed Dentist (or eligible for licensure) in the state of Missouri
- DEA and BNDD licenses (or ability to obtain)
- Current CPR certification
- New graduates welcome (mentorship provided)
- Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure if needed
- Comfort with telehealth services a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a skilled team of dental hygienists, assistants, and support staff
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of oral health conditions
- Perform procedures across preventive, restorative, pediatric, prosthodontic, endodontic, surgical, and orthodontic care
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical standards
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care that promotes lifelong oral health
- Participate in the on-call emergency dental system when needed
- Support training and development initiatives within the dental program
- Work closely with the Dental Director to develop and strengthen the community-focused dental program
