Position Overview

Turing is seeking experienced individuals with Large Language Model (LLM) expertise to contribute to solving business challenges for Fortune 500 clients. As a key member of the Turing GenAI delivery organization, you will participate in GenAI projects, collaborating with a diverse team of Turing engineers. Our GenAI delivery organization has a proven track record of implementing industry-leading multi-agent LLM systems, RAG systems, and Open Source LLM deployments for major enterprises.

Requirements

  • Experience: 12+ years of professional hands-on engineering experience, with at least 5-6+ years focused on building AI/ML models and systems.
  • Generative AI (LLM) Experience: 1+ years of experience developing Generative AI (LLM) applications using techniques such as prompt engineering, RAG, and/or agents.
  • GenAI Architecture: Expertise in architecting GenAI applications/systems using various frameworks and cloud services.
  • Cloud Proficiency: Good proficiency in utilizing cloud services from Azure, GCP, or AWS for building GenAI applications.
  • Programming Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, Langchain/Langgraph, and SQL is mandatory.
  • Team Leadership: Experience in guiding engineering teams towards a technical roadmap.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Technical Roadmap Development: Build technical roadmaps based on business requirements and take ownership of their delivery.
  • Team Leadership & Execution: Lead the engineering team in executing the technical roadmap, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • LLM Solution Development: Design, train, fine-tune, and deploy large language models, utilizing techniques like prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agent-based architectures.
  • Codebase Ownership: Maintain high-quality, efficient code in Python.
