Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in NIQ, in Governance, GCOE, Operations or similar environments
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and drive accountability
  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
  • Ability to create interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
  • Experience with DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for complex calculations
  • Data modeling knowledge to optimize Power BI reports and datasets
  • Ability to design and build custom apps using Power Apps (advantage)
  • Design skills to conceptualize, structure, and build new processes, frameworks, and governance models from the ground up
  • Knowledge of GCOE areas (BI, Customer Support, L&D) highly desirable
  • Curious, detail-oriented, and driven by continuous improvement (challenge the status quo)
  • Knowledge of flowcharting/process mapping tools
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills; able to translate complex governance or process topics into practical actions
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities, able to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Experience with project management, Agile frameworks, and risk management practices (advantage)
  • Prior experience in cross-country or global environments

Responsibilities

  • Build interactive PowerBI dashboards and reports tailored to business needs
  • Ensure reports are user-friendly and aligned with KPIs
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy standards
  • Troubleshoot issues and maintain data accuracy
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks and controls to ensure consistency, transparency, and compliance in operational processes
  • Define and measure key governance metrics and compliance KPIs; identify risks and develop mitigation or escalation plans
  • Facilitate governance reviews and decision-making forums that drive process accountability and best practices sharing
  • Support process standardization, documentation, and deployment across multiple functions and markets
  • Support and lead transformation initiatives with guidance by identifying governance gaps, process inefficiencies, or control weaknesses
  • Provide subject-matter expertise, training and guidance on compliance standards and governance
  • Support implementation and stabilization of new governance models, tools, and reporting mechanisms
  • Partner with regional and global stakeholders to embed governance practices in transformation projects and BAU operations
