6+ Years of experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches
3+ Years of experience leading data-driven projects from definition to execution
High ownership and taking initiative
Experience in cross-functional collaboration, including effective communication with team members of varying skill sets and levels of experience
Proficiency in SQL with some experience in Python
