Candidates need a university degree in finance/accounting or related field, plus 2+ years in fixed asset accounting for large manufacturing enterprises, with financial sharing centers and project management experience preferred.

Required skills include integrity, diligence, initiative, strong responsibility, teamwork, quick and rigorous thinking, pressure resistance, execution, communication, coordination, customer service, independent working ability, learning ability, and familiarity with US GAAP, Local GAAP, and SOX compliance.

Daily responsibilities include handling AP, AR, fixed assets and related processes; performing monthly/quarterly/year-end reconciliations for audits; communicating with factory departments via phone or email to solve issues; and improving processes while updating documents and SOPs.
