Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with over 7 years of experience in JavaEE, Spring, and full-stack integration development. Proven experience in delivering end-to-end services, including requirement gathering, design, and production deployment, is essential. A deep understanding of integration patterns, middleware technologies, messaging systems like RabbitMQ or Kafka, and orchestration tools such as BPEL, AWS Step Functions, or Airflow is required. Familiarity with enterprise systems like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, and Avalara, along with their integration models, is necessary. Knowledge of cloud-native development in AWS or similar environments and experience mentoring junior engineers are also key requirements.

Responsibilities

The Full Stack Software Engineer will design, implement, and manage scalable integration solutions, building APIs, orchestrations, and messaging flows to connect diverse enterprise systems. Responsibilities include API development (REST & GraphQL), API lifecycle management, documentation, and ensuring quality, scalability, and adherence to engineering best practices throughout the development process. The role involves hands-on experience with messaging systems, orchestration workflows, and potentially data transformation tools, as well as supporting career growth for junior engineers through code reviews and feedback.
