Requirements

Candidates must possess an active, unrestricted license in their coverage area and be board-certified. Multi-state licenses are preferred. Experience with telehealth visit delivery or similar formats is also preferred. Applicants must have reliable broadband connectivity, a quiet private space with a neutral background, and the ability to maintain member privacy.

Responsibilities

The Full Time Virtual NP/PA will conduct approximately 30-minute online Video Visits with health plan members, reviewing medications and medical history, and educating members about their health. They will provide 40 hours of availability weekly, aim for a strong visit completion rate of 220+ completed visits per month, and maintain required training and affiliation with Video Visit protocols. Responsibilities also include engaging in regular meetings, meeting operational and clinical key performance indicators, and adhering to all health plan client and line of business credentialing requirements.
