Requirements

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience, and have at least 6 months of cash handling experience. Six months of demonstrated customer service experience is also required, along with the ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures. Bilingual Spanish and/or Haitian Creole language skills are required.

Responsibilities

The Full Time Teller will engage in assisting with various financial needs and processing transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers. They will provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer concerns, minimize risk, defend against fraud, and cross-sell bank products to deepen customer relationships. The Teller will also handle cash drawer balances, adhere to bank policies and procedures, assist with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks, and support nearby branch locations as needed.
