Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or GED, preferred retail or related experience, and the ability to read, write, and comprehend documents. Basic mathematical skills and a detail-oriented approach are also required, along with the capacity to lift and move up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
The Center Store Lead will independently display and stock products, ensure the financial best interest of the store, and contribute to the guest experience by meeting company guidelines for safety and food safety. They will assist in receiving and unloading merchandise, properly fill and merchandise shelves, notify the manager of product needs, handle spoiled/damaged products, maintain clean departments, and follow all PPE and safety guidelines, as well as food safety and cleaning expectations. Additionally, the Lead may be assigned tasks in other departments based on customer experience needs and is responsible for following guest experience guidelines.
