Requirements
Candidates should possess a minimum of 4+ years of work experience in Technology, including application development and production support, along with strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying critical and complex projects. They must have strong knowledge of User Interface design and development using React, HTML5, XML, and CSS, and possess strong Java skills with experience in developing concurrent and distributed systems. Furthermore, candidates should have advanced experience with Spring-based technologies, experience in designing and implementing REST APIs and microservices-based solutions, experience writing unit and integration tests, and a good understanding of SQL queries and data models. Experience working with AWS cloud services such as EC2, ECS, Load Balancer, Security Group, Lambda, and S3 is also required, as well as experience in DevOps development and deployment using container platforms.
Responsibilities
The Full Stack Software Engineer will participate in the design and development of the Commercial Desktop platform, contributing to improving commercial workflows and overall productivity. They will actively participate in all scrum ceremonies, adhering to SAFe/AGILE best practices, and play a key role in the development team to build high-quality, high-performance, and scalable code. The role involves producing technical design documents, conducting technical walkthroughs, documenting and demonstrating solutions, collaborating effectively with stakeholders, responding to and resolving production issues, mentoring teams, innovating, experimenting, presenting business ideas, and providing face-to-face support to key stakeholders.
